Lemonade Stand

As a kid, I was always dreaming up little businesses and looking for ways to earn money. That entrepreneurial spirit has stayed with me, and I wanted to create something to help inspire the next generation to do the same.

So, I'm excited to offer this lemonade stand completely free to borrow! 

There is NO rental fee, however a $200 damage deposit is required a week prior to pick up, as a standard precautionary measure. We understand that accidents can happen. If the damage is fixable, you will only be charged the repair cost. If the damage is beyond repair, you will be charged the full amount to replace the rental.

It's small and folds up for easy transport.
Please note that this is small and recommended for children under the age of 10. 

I am located in the Spryfield area of Halifax. Pick up and drop off hours will be the same as my other rentals: 

Pick up

Thursday: During business hours 

Drop off (regular weekends) 

Sunday 7-8pm or Monday before 3pm 

Drop off (holiday weekends) 

Monday 7-8pm or Tuesday before 3pm 

• This is a home-based business & pick up and drop offs are made by appointment only, which is arranged the week prior. These times must be adhered to. 
• Cannot be left unattended or exposed to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, rain or wind), including during transportation.
• Wipe down all surfaces and ensure it is clean before returning

Once we've agreed on a rental date, you'll receive a rental agreement by email. The agreement must be signed within 24 hours, otherwise it will automatically expire and the date will become available for someone else to book.

Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder, as the email can occasionally end up there.

As this is a free rental, I simply don't have the capacity to follow up with reminders for unsigned agreements or outstanding damage deposits. If the agreement isn't completed within the 24 hour window, and the damage deposit isn't received on time, I'll assume you're no longer interested and will make the date available to the next family.
